Can I cancel or amend my order?

Need to cancel your order or change your shipping address? Good news: you can do this yourself, as long as your order hasn't begun processing yet. Just log into your customer account (no password required) and you'll find the manage order tools at the top of your order page.

Because things move so fast at the warehouse, the manage order tools are only available up until your order begins processing. After that, we're unable to intercept it, so the option will no longer show.

If your order has already begun processing, please don't worry. You can return any unwanted items for a refund once your order arrives. And if you missed something off, just place a separate order for the additional items you need, and we'll get it on its way.
